The Project Discussion is all about understanding your organisation, your mission and your vision for the future. We will discuss your Talent Acquisition Strategy. We will discuss the critical success factors and the culture fit for the role. We will support you in shaping the candidate proposition and agree the interview process upfront. Any historical challenges with recruitment will be discussed.

Research & Identify (Long list)

During the Research and Identify process, we will create a long list of potential candidates. We will undertake Competitor analysis, use our existing referral networks and our database. We will build pre funnel engagement and discuss the candidates to create a shortlist.
